Eggnog Overnight oats protips

  • Use rolled oats. You may also see these going by the name “old-fashioned oats,” and they will give you the best overnight oats texture!
  • Don’t skip the chia seed or flax meal! Chia or flax seeds help make the overnight oats nice, thick, and creamy.
  • Sweeten to taste. Eggnog is already pretty sweet, so you may not need to add any honey or maple syrup. Give the oats a taste before you add any sweetener.
