Wholefully was founded in 2010 by Holistic Nutritionist Cassie Johnston as a place to document her favorite family-friendly meals. Wholefully has since grown into a trusted resource for fresh, family meals with hundreds of healthy recipes, cooking guides, meal plans, and tips. We help millions of people each month feel confident and empowered in their kitchen. We’re supported by an incredible group of recipe developers, food writers, photographers, and videographers who all have a passion for sharing easy, quick, nourishing family meals.
Wholefully started with just me, myself, and I working on nights and weekends on my laptop, but as our community grew, so did the workload! Now Wholefully is run by an incredible team of inspiring women.
