In a small sauce pan, combine the white chocolate, half and half, and milk. Heat over very low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted.
Whisk in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and heat until just warmed through—about a minute.
Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla and salt. Serve immediately
