Place all ingredients in the carafe of your blender.
Pulse everything a few times to break up any larger chunks. Then blend on high until very smooth. Serve immediately.

If you have a high-power blender, feel free to skip pulsing and go straight to blending on high!
You can swap almond milk or another nut milk for the coconut milk in this recipe. It won't have as much tropical flavor, but it will still be delicious!
