Ingredients

unsweetened milk of choice

heaping rolled oats
⅓

plain Greek yogurt

chia seeds or ground flax meal

teaspoon
vanilla extract

natural peanut butter

tablespoons
mashed banana
about ½ banana
Pinch
salt

tablespoons
honey or maple syrup
For Topping, optional:
4-6
slices
banana

natural peanut butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight, before eating.
Notes
Top oats with banana slices right before serving so banana does not turn brown.
If you prefer, you can use crunchy peanut butter in this recipe.
