Almond Flour Brownies

Ingredients

cup
granulated sugar
3
large eggs
½
cup
avocado oil
¼
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1 ½
cups
almond flour
⅔
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F, and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together
1 cup granulated sugar
,
3 large eggs
,
½ cup avocado oil
, and
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
until well combined.
Stir in
1 ½ cups almond flour
,
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
, and
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
until well combined.
Fold in
½ cup chocolate chips
(save a few for sprinkling on top if desired).
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the reserved chocolate chips. Bake for 30-32 minutes in the preheated oven.
Allow the brownies to cool, then slice and serve!
Notes
You can use soy milk, rice milk, or any dairy milk in place of almond milk.
Store for up to 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
