Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces espresso OR 1 cup (8 ounces) brewed black coffee

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat ¾ cup whole milk until boiling. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, and whisk until sugar has dissolved and the white chocolate has melted.
  • Remove from heat and whip the milk mixture with a milk frother or immersion blender.
  • Brew your 2 ounces espresso or coffee into a mug, and top with the milk mixture. Serve as is, dust with cinnamon, or top with whipped cream!

Notes

  • This recipe can be easily doubled for 2 lattes!
  • We recommend whole milk because it’s easier to froth than other lower-fat milks. You can also use heavy cream or half-n-half. If froth is not a priority, any milk will work in this recipe!
