2ouncesespresso OR 1 cup (8 ounces) brewed black coffee
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, heat ¾ cup whole milk until boiling. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, and whisk until sugar has dissolved and the white chocolate has melted.
Remove from heat and whip the milk mixture with a milk frother or immersion blender.
Brew your 2 ounces espresso or coffee into a mug, and top with the milk mixture. Serve as is, dust with cinnamon, or top with whipped cream!
Notes
This recipe can be easily doubled for 2 lattes!
We recommend whole milk because it’s easier to froth than other lower-fat milks. You can also use heavy cream or half-n-half. If froth is not a priority, any milk will work in this recipe!
If you don't have a frother, you can either whisk the white chocolate sauce until it is foamy, or pour it (carefully, and not-too-hot!) into a jar and give it a good shake.
