Ingredients

chunk tuna
2 5-ounce cans, drained

finely minced red onion

diced celery

chopped walnuts
Juice of ½ lemon

Bibb lettuce leaves
OR Boston or Romaine lettuce leaves
Sliced tomatoes and avocados

Instructions
Combine tuna, onion, celery, walnuts, lemon juice, mayonnaise, hard-boiled eggs, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir well to combine.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, and top with sliced tomatoes and avocados if using. Serve immediately.
