1cupfrozen fruitberries, peaches, pineapple, mango, etc.
Optional Add-Ins
½cupGreek yogurtadds probiotics, creaminess, and healthy fats
2tablespoonsnut butters, nuts, or seeds(adds healthy fats)
1-2tablespoonsnutrition boostsprotein powder, greens powders, etc.
Sweetenerto taste (honey, maple syrup, stevia)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender carafe in the order listed.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Notes
