1cupunsweetened milkanimal, nut, soy, whatever!
½teaspoonvanilla extract
Dashcinnamon
Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the basin of a blender—sweeten to taste depending on the ripeness of your banana. Blend on high until very smooth and creamy. Pour and enjoy!
Notes
Use plant-based milk to keep this recipe completely vegan.
If you're not into bananas, replace it with ½ cup yogurt, ½ a ripe avocado, or canned pears. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
