slaw mix

freshly squeezed lemon juice

red wine vinegar

poppy seeds

Sea salt
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the slaw mix and toss to coat thoroughly with the dressing.
Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
Instead of slaw mix, you can use one small cabbage, cored and thinly sliced, one
medium carrot, grated, and half a red onion, thinly sliced.
