Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
If you love smoothies, you're going to love this. Fresh strawberries and kiwi blend together in this delicious smoothie.

Ingredients

ripe kiwi
peeled

cup
packed fresh baby spinach
1
cup
canned pears in juice
do not drain
1
cup
frozen whole strawberries
½
cup
unsweetened nut milk
Optional add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, ground flax, collagen, Greek yogurt, lots of other options
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the carafe of your blender. Pulse a few times to break up the large pieces.
Slowly ramp the blender up to high and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Notes
If you want to make your smoothie with fresh strawberries, just throw a few ice cubes into the blender along with your fruit!
If you're using a high-power blender, you can skip the pulse step and blend on high from the start.
