Instructions
Pour 1 cup salsa into the basin of a slow cooker. Top with 1 pound chicken breasts, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 large onion, and 4 cloves garlic.
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons chili powder, 2 tablespoons cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ cup lime juice, and 1 tablespoon honey. Pour over the chicken mixture.
Place lid on slow cooker, and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4. Use a slotted spoon to remove the veggies and chicken and serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
