Sheet pan dinners are incredibly easy to assemble, and this sheet pan sausage and veggies recipe is no exception! The preparation and cooking is a total breeze.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet. Cut 12 ounces chicken sausage into ½-inch coins and place in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
Place 2 cups chopped broccoli, 2 cups mushrooms, 1 red bell pepper, and 1 pound baby potatoes in the bowl with the sausage. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and seasonings to the bowl and toss until everything is well coated.
Pour the sausage vegetable mixture onto the baking sheet and spread around until everything is in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired, and serve!

We used Italian chicken sausage for this recipe, but you can use any flavor you’d like!
