Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Batter will be VERY thin (similar to the consistency of milk).
Pour about ⅓ cup of batter into a buttered skillet heated on medium-low heat. Swirl the batter around the pan as needed to form your pancake.
Cook until the edges start to set. Flip and cook for another minute or two on the second side. Remove from the skillet and repeat with remaining batter.
