Preheat oven to 400°F and line and grease a baking sheet.
Trim 1 pound asparagus and chop 1 pound yellow potatoes, and place them in a large bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, and ¾ teaspoon coarse salt to the bowl, and toss to coat evenly. Set asparagus aside.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Leave room for the asparagus on your pan.
After 20 minutes, place the asparagus on the baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes.
During the last 2-3 minutes of baking time, turn the oven up to broil to get golden potatoes. Remove from the oven and serve!
