Mama J's Cheese Fondue
This easy cheese fondue is perfect for celebrating! It only takes a handful of ingredients and a few minutes to come together, but it still feels extra special.

Ingredients

pound
extra sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
1
teaspoon
flour
1
cup
beer
your favorite!
½
teaspoon
dry mustard
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne
Salt to taste
Instructions
Mix cheese with flour, coating well.
In a fondue pot heat beer not quite to boiling. Stirring constantly, add cheese a little at a time. Over medium heat stir until smooth.
Stir in mustard, Worcestershire, cayenne and salt. Continue to stir until well blended.
Serve with celery, ham, sausages, bread cubes, apple or any blanched vegetable or precooked shrimp.
Notes
This recipe can be halved to serve two generously!
