Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot, ensuring the water completely covers the beans.
Seal and set the Instant Pot for high pressure using the manual setting for 25 minutes.
When the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes before removing the lid and giving the beans a good stir.
Notes
There's no need to presoak your beans!
You may need to add 2-5 minutes extra cooking time if your beans are over a year old.
