Grilled Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs about 3-4 thighs
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • Juice and zest from 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place chicken thighs and remaining ingredients in a large bowl or gallon-sized ziplock bag. Massage to coat the chicken thighs, and marinate overnight, up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to 425℉ (medium-high heat). Place chicken thighs skin side down on the grill, and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken over, and cook for another 10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165℉. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving!
