Place chicken thighs and remaining ingredients in a large bowl or gallon-sized ziplock bag. Massage to coat the chicken thighs, and marinate overnight, up to 24 hours.
Preheat your grill to 425℉ (medium-high heat). Place chicken thighs skin side down on the grill, and cook for 15 minutes.
Flip the chicken over, and cook for another 10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165℉. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving!
