Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cheeses, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
Stir in the melted butter and whole milk until just combined. The dough should still be lumpy.
Grease a baking sheet and drop about ¼cup mounds of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-13 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom and just starting to brown on the tops.
Notes
Different cheeses can be used, including white cheddar, pepper jack, etc.
2% milk may be substituted in place of the whole milk if desired!
