- ⅓ cup sea salt
- ⅓ cup brown sugar or maple sugar
- ¼ cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Use as a spice rub on chicken, fish, beef, or veggies.
Notes
Try using smoked paprika if you love smoky flavors.
