Ingredients

medium-sized avocados

5-ounce tuna, drained

cup
finely minced red onion
¼
cup
diced celery
⅓
cup
sliced cucumbers

tablespoons
fresh minced cilantro
Juice of ½ lemon

teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and then using a spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh, reserving the peels. Chop the avocado flesh into bite-size chunks.
Combine the avocado with all remaining ingredients. Toss well to combine.
Spoon mixture back into avocado peels to serve.
