Happy, happy Friday everyone! Tomorrow brings two very important events: (1) the start of the best month ever in the history of Monthdom and (2) the official kickoff of the Super Summer challenge. Woohoo! There is still time to sign up for peer accountability and get all your worksheets printed and goals set, so get to getting!
Also, the start of a new month means it is time for a new wellness calendar. I thought for a hot second about not making a calendar this month (since so many of you have signed up to for the Super Summer challenge), but I figured there are some folks out there that don’t want to be part of the challenge but might still want a wellness calendar. Plus, you can do both, if you’re feeling particularly over-achiever-y.
