Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus more for dusting the pan
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray and cocoa powder.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
