I haven't been neglecting posting my workouts. I just haven't been working out. Yeesh. Whenever work gets crazy, my workouts are the first thing that tend to go. 11-12 hour days leave little time for making it to the gym. Thankfully this isn't a common trait of my job. I'm off tomorrow (yay!) so I plan on making a seriously big time investment at the gym in the morning. This is the same reason why I didn't post dinner last. . .
