I’ve always had a complicated relationship with exercise. I grew up playing outside and playing sports, but then, when I moved away to college, my active lifestyle was replaced with marathon TV watching sessions with my dormmates and nightly delivery pizza. I gained weight, I had no energy, and I was sick all the time.
